If You're Fat, Nutrition May Be the Solution to Your Problem

By Stefan Dessalines

If you are sickly, always feeling weak or fat nutrition may be the answer to your problem. Getting good nutrition is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Without proper nutrition, it is impossible for anyone to have an active and productive life. We need to make sure that we are getting the right nutrients. To do this, we must make sure that we are eating the right foods which act as the fuel for our body. Without the proper nutrients from food, the organs in our bodies simply not able to perform at their optimal levels. Without good nutrition, we will become weak and eventually die. That's why if you want to have a long and disease-free existence and if you are currently sickly or fat nutrition is the one area that you need to look into.

So how does one ensure that they are getting the right nutrients from food? For one, they must have what is popularly known as a balanced diet. How does one achieve a balanced diet? Well if you still remember your lessons from nutrition and science classes, there are basically five major food groups. They are starchy food, fruits and vegetables, meat, milk and dairy and sugar and oils. A balanced diet is one that incorporates most of these food groups. If you have a diet that has the major food groups well represented, then that is enough to ensure a healthy and fit body and a disease-free life right? If you live in the 18th century then maybe it is possible. But we live in a time when the soil contains significantly fewer nutrients than before, the air is filled with pollution and stress and lifestyle-related diseases are a common occurrence.

The best way to augment the nutrients lacking in food today is to take food supplements. There are actual genetically based supplements available in the marketplace today. These supplements are actually designed specifically for your genetic make-up. By sending in a sample of your DNA a customized nutrition product can be designed for you. This comes from the scientific studies in the field of nutrigenomics.

So if you are always sick or fat nutrition may be the answer to your problem. But not any kind of nutrition, personalized and genetically based nutrition.
