How To Prepare A Safe Weight Loss Jogging Program?
By Orlando Racelis

Are you planning to loss weight by doing jogging? If you are hypertensive or you do not know your blood pressure level, I suggest that you consult your medical doctor first. Here are some tips on how to prepare for a safe weight loss jogging program. Here are the pointers I have gathered for you.

• Wear a good jogging pair of shoes. Wearing sports shoes designed for jogging provides good protection from sprains and foot blisters. It also protects your upper body parts because your shoes absorb shocks during jogging. • Wear the right clothing for the type of weather – It must be loose so your movement is not restricted. It provides you a balance movement and avoids tripping over. Wear lightweight materials during summer to stay cool and wear insulated clothing materials during winter to keep warm. • Select an ideal location for jogging. Avoid jogging on a busy street where there are many vehicles around. In this way, you are not taking the risk of getting hit and at the same time avoid inhaling the pollution from the traffic. Make sure you choose a safer neighborhood. Avoid being a victim of a holdup. • Wear reflective clothing during the night. Wearing dark clothes when it is already dark is dangerous for you. There are bike riders and other motorist drivers who have a blurred vision, so brighter color like white is much safer. • Bring along with you a friend if you can. This only not gives your jogging more enjoyable but also gives you more motivation. • You can bring an MP3 player to listen to music while you jog. This will make your exercise more enjoyable. You can record a motivational speeches and play if while you jog. • Set up a goal. Measure your weight before and after you jog. Record it! You will experience a feeling of self accomplishment each time you loose your weight. This will help you motivate to continue. • Watch out your Food Intake. Do not over eat. Exercising and dieting goes together to make your weight loss program a success. Proper nutrition controls our body weight. Loosing weight could be fun if you just follow my suggestions. Of course you will have to do it safely in order not to harm yourself. Self discipline is required to be able to achieve your goal. Start slowly and increase the pace gradually. The same is true is eating. If at first you are not loosing weight, then most likely, you are eating more than you can burn your calories. Analyze your eating habits and the food you are taking. Proper food intake reduction is an option that you must consider in any weight loss program. Resources: Orlando Racelis has developed his own weight loss program.
